Professional Bio
With over 12 years of experience in public sector, Dr. Urszula Kakar leads the Merit & Talent Assessment group under HR Modernization project at the City & County of San Francisco. By leveraging new technologies and insights from data analyses and rigorous scientific principles, she leads the city-wide effort to streamline recruitment processes and re-imagine selection assessments. As a new board member, she is devoted to supporting BA PSHRA goals of networking, sharing knowledge and increasing professional development opportunities to PSHRA members.
