Professional Bio
Ernest previously worked as a Management Analyst for the City of Salinas City Managers Office, and as Senior Personnel Analyst for the City and County of San Francisco respectively. He holds a Master of Public Administration from San Jose State University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, additional certifications include Executive Certification in Human Resources Management, International Public Management Association for Human Resources Certified Professional (IPMA-SCP), and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Ernest lives in San Jose with his wife Aracely and two children.
