Professional Bio
Tina Pruett currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Pleasanton. Her local government experience spans over 18 years, including 3 years as HR Manager for the City of Oakland, 5 years as HR Manager for Contra Costa County, 3 years as an HR Supervisor for SMTA, 4 years as a Senior HR Analyst for the City and County of San Francisco, and 3 years as an HR Analyst for Hayward Unified School District. Tina has her Masters of Public Administration in HR and Change Management, and a Bachelors in Psychology. Tina has been active in the professional community for most of this time, serving on the Boards and chairing multiple committees for both the Personnel Testing Council - Northern California (PTC/NC) chapter, and the Western Region Intergovernmental Personnel Assessment Council (WRIPAC). Tina is passionate about process improvement, innovation, and growing strong teams committed to public service.
