Welcome to the 2026 PSHRA Bay Area Chapter Mini Conference: Juggling It All

Public sector HR professionals know better than anyone that the workplace can sometimes feel like a three-ring circus—balancing competing priorities, navigating complex employee relations issues, adapting to changing expectations, and keeping everything moving forward at once.

This year’s theme, Juggling It All: Navigating Complexity When It Is Your Circus, recognizes the reality of HR leadership with a little humor and a lot of truth. HR professionals are often the steady force at the center—guiding organizations through challenges, connecting people and policy, and helping teams thrive in the middle of constant change.

This conference is designed to support the professionals doing that important work every day. Through meaningful conversations, practical strategies, and opportunities to connect with peers across the Bay Area, we’ll focus on strengthening collaboration, improving communication, breaking down silos, and leading with confidence in complex environments.
